The makers of Thalapathy Vijay's next film have announced that the first look of the film will be released on June 21st at 6 pm on the occasion of the actor's birthday on June 22. This project will be directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Thalapathy has who has been scored a blockbuster with MASTER has collaborated with the young director again. Fans and moviegoers are super excited for this film and the makers started the early celebrations of Thalapthy's Birthday with this first look announcement.
Thalapathy 65 is the third directorial film for Nelson Dilipkumar and the maiden collaboration with Vijay. Nelson impressed the audiences with his first film Kolamavu Kokila and his ready-to-release film Doctor with Siva Karthikeyan.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in Thalapahy 65 and Yogi Babu, Aparna Das, VTV Ganes are playing pivotal roles in the film. No official announcement on who will be the antagonist in this film. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for this film and this project is produced under the banner Sun Pictures. The principal photography of the film started in March 2021 and this project is originally scheduled for Pongal 2022 release.
