With the Second wave of COVID in India, movies that are scheduled for theatrical release have been affected. Some of these movies have been postponed and few of them are opting for a direct OTT release. In the past few days, a rumour has been going around that the Good Luck Sakhi will be releasing on OTT. In relation to his, the makers have released a statement denying the rumors about direct OTT release. This film was initially scheduled to release on 3r June in Theatres but this film has been postponed due to the COVID19 pandemic and the new release date of the film yet to be announced by the makers.
Good Luck Sakhi is an upcoming sports drama film Written & Directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, It also features Aadhi Pinisetty, Jagapathi Babu, Rahul Ramakrishna in pivotal roles. This film is produced by Sudheer Chandra Padiri & Shravya Varma under the banner Worth A Shot Motion Arts and distributed by Sri Venkateswara Creations. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music for this film.
Keerthy Suresh has already had two releases this year RangDe and Jaati Ratnalu (Cameo) and both the films have a successful run at the box office despite the pandemic and limited occupancy in theatres. She is currently busy with the two upcoming biggies Annaathe with Rajini Kanth and Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Mahesh Babu.
